Antioxidant is oily liquids, and it is commonly used during graphite mold production. The anti - oxidation effect

of graphite plate is very good in the oxidizing environment with the operating temperature within 1300℃. After

impregnation with antioxidant protectants, the liquid can infiltrate into the pores of antioxidant graphite plates,

graphite mold,graphite rod,etc. An anti-oxidation protective film of about 0.02mm is formed on the surface of

the anti-oxidation graphite mould. It is this protective film that effectively insulates the air from direct contact

with the graphite plate and causes the oxidation reaction.
